Step 2

Make your first or subsequent deposits using these forms.

Complete the form below to make an initial or new deposit by cheque or to transfer funds within your MAXA account.

Complete the form below to begin or make changes to a regular automatic electronic deposit to your MAXA High Interest Savings.

Complete the form below to transfer the balance of your account from another Financial Institution.

For subsequent deposits from your RRSP or RRIF to your MAXA RRIF account, please complete the form below. This form should also accompany a Direct Transfer In form when transferring existing RRSP and RRIF contracts from other financial institutions.

Complete the form below to make tax-free transfers from your existing TFSA, RRSP, or RRIF at another financial institution or mutual fund company to MAXA.

Step 3

Complete these additional forms to open your registered investment accounts.

When applying for a MAXA membership, you may also want to open a Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF) account.  An initial deposit must be made when opening a registered investment product.

A TFSA, RRSP, RRIF savings account will be opened to provide you with the convenience of making TFSA or RRSP contributions at any time using online banking or over the phone.

Complete these three forms to open a TFSA.

If you are transferring an existing TFSA from another institution, please also complete the Direct Transfer In for Registered Plans form.

Complete these three forms to open an RRSP investment.

If you are transferring an existing RRSP from another institution, please also complete the Direct Transfer In for Registered Plans form.

Complete these three forms to apply for an RRIF contract.

Please also complete the Direct Transfer In for Registered Plans form below to transfer existing RRIF Accounts.

To make changes to your current RRIF contract (Investment Instructions or Payment Instructions) please complete this form.

NOTE: Please ensure all required fields are complete and correct to avoid any delays. The original completed form is required to process your request. For further assistance, please contact our support team.

Step 4

Mail all of your forms, along with your cheque* to the following address:

*Make your first cheque payable to MAXA Financial. Please include $5.00 for your membership share. Subsequent cheques for deposit are made payable to yourself.

 

Step 5

Watch for confirmation in the mail!

Once we receive your Membership Application, Deposit/Transfer Form(s) and cheque, we’ll open your MAXA Financial Account and send you a confirmation letter that includes your temporary Personal Access Code (PAC) for online banking.

Next step, we’ll send your MemberCard and security envelope containing the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your MAXA MemberCard in separate envelopes.
