Contact Us – Joint Accounts
1. Provide Contact information for the Account holder and the Account holder’s Joint designates
- Full Legal Name(s), Phone number, email address for each joint designate.
2. Complete the Contact US – Joint form
3. Next, complete the Application process, click GET STARTED at the top of your screen
- If the request is for a new membership and to add a Joint member, then the Account holder, and each joint person must complete the application process.
- If the request is for an existing member who needs to add a Joint member, then each joint person must complete the application process.
- If you want to add an existing joint designate to your account, add to the comments section below, the existing Joint member’s account number.
4. What to select in the application for Joint members.
- Joint Account designate:
- Select the Joint Account checkbox
Note: by completing the application process you are signing to consent to allow MAXA to verify your Identity through the Credit Bureau report process.
5. Once the Application(s) are received, we will review to ensure nothing was missed. If we need more information, then someone from MAXA Financial will contact you using the contact information provided.
