How to prepare for the update
1. Keep your login information handy
To ensure there is no disruption to your account access during this update, we encourage you to have your MemberCard Number and Personal Access Code (PAC) accessible. For security purposes, your sign-in information will not be carried over (memorized), so if you have your MemberCard Number and PAC saved in the MAXA Financial Mobile App or browser for online banking, you will need to re-enter your information when you sign into the updated platforms.
2. Contact us if you do not have access to your login information
If you do not currently have access to your login information (MemberCard Number or PAC), please contact us at 1-866-366-MAXA prior to the update, and our team would be happy to assist you.

1. Will all my information such as e-Transfer Recipients and Bill Payment Schedules be carried over to the new platform?
Yes, to make the transition as seamless as possible, all information such as Bill Payment Schedules, e-Transfer Recipients and Payee Names will be carried over to the new system.
2. Will my login information stay the same?
Yes, your login information will stay the same and you can log in using the same MemberCard Number and Personal Access Code (PAC) as usual.
3. Will I have to redownload the mobile app?
A) If you have your automatic app update setting is turned on, the app will update automatically.
B) If your automatic app update setting is turned off on your mobile device, your phone will prompt you to update your app and the old version will no longer be available.
4. Will I need to set up memorized cards again?
Yes, for security purposes, you will need to set up your memorized cards on the online banking platform and MAXA Financial Mobile App. Please have your MemberCard Number and Personal Access Code (PAC) handy prior to the update, as you will need to re-enter your sign in information.

5. Will I need to set up my security alerts again?
No, your security alerts will all remain in place on the new system for both Online Banking and the MAXA Financial Mobile App.
