Our Online Banking and Mobile App updates are now here! 

We are thrilled to announce that we have launched our online banking and MAXA Financial Mobile App with new updates! These exciting changes are the next step for us to deliver improvements to our digital experience that bring you the banking services you value most. Built on a secure, easy-to-use platform, these updates will ensure our digital banking platforms are set up for new features in the future.

The new secure platforms will feel familiar, and, in most cases, the functions are the same as the previous versions – ensuring you can quickly and safely manage your investments whenever and wherever suits you!

UPDATE: Please be advised that as of July 20, 2022, the previous version of our MAXA Financial Mobile App (Version 15) is no longer supported for banking services. If you haven’t already made the switch, and do not have automatic updates set up on your device, please visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device to download the latest version of our app. If you open the previous app on or after July 20, you will also be prompted to download the latest version.

How to Log in

With this update, there are no changes to the way you sign into our online banking or MAXA Financial Mobile App. Simply login with your same Login ID (MemberCard) and Personal Access Code (PAC) as usual.

Need to reset your PAC? Click here.

For security purposes, your sign-in information has not been carried over (memorized), so if you have your MemberCard Number and PAC saved in the MAXA Financial Mobile App or browser for online banking, you will need to re-enter your information when you sign into the updated platforms. You will also need to choose a “Nickname“ when signing into the updated app. Click the “Remember Me” feature to save your Login ID and PAC for future use.

Where can I find the ‘Help’ button for more information?

Look for the button located in the top right corner of most pages. For more answers to your questions, please contact our team at 1-866-366-MAXA or info@maxafinancial.com.

 

I have MAXA’s online banking site bookmarked on my browser, will this link still work?

Yes, although, we suggest deleting the previous bookmark and creating a new bookmark using this link: https://online.maxafinancial.com/OnlineBanking/ 

 

How do I Print my account activity and e-Statements?

The ‘Print’ link is no longer available; although, you still have a few options to print your account activity.

  1. You can use the shortcut Ctrl + P from a PC or Command + P from a Mac.
  2. You can also go to My Accounts and select View e-Statements. The statements are in PDF format allowing you to easily print them or save them to your own computer.

 

What browsers are supported for online banking?

To maximize your Internet banking experience and for your Internet security, we recommend using the latest supported browsers. Our online banking supports Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. Unfortunately, our online banking platform does not support Internet Explorer 11.

Will there be any downtime or disruption to the app during the transition?

No there won’t be any disruption to the MAXA Financial Mobile App; however, the new app may not be available for 24h-36 hours after the July 14, 2022, launch.

 

Will I have to redownload the mobile app?
  1. If you have your automatic app update setting is turned on, the app will update automatically.
  2. If your automatic app update setting is turned off on your device, your phone will prompt you to update your app, and the old version will no longer be available.

 

How do I turn on my Biometric login option for the app?

Please be advised that you will need to have your MemberCard Number and PAC memorized in the app before you can turn on your Biometric login option in your settings.

How to Set up Biometric Login:

1) Tap Login

2) Enter your MemberCard Number

3) Check off Remember Me

4) Enter a Nickname

5) Optional – Check off QuickView

6) Tap Continue

7) Enter your Personal Access Code (PAC)

8) Tap Login

9) Swipe to Settings

10) Tap Settings

11) Tap Biometric Setup

12) Slide Use Biometric Login to the right

13) Tap Enable Biometric Login

14) Enter your PAC

15) Tap Save

 

What operating systems are compatible with the app?

The new version of the Maxa Financial Mobile App is compatible with iOS 11 and Android 6.0 or higher. To maximize your mobile banking experience and for your security, we recommend using the latest supported operating system.
