Manage Your Account

Depositing to Your Account
You can deposit funds to your MAXA Financial Account with:

ATM - Deposit to your MAXA Account at any Credit Union ATM displaying the Acculink Logo located throughout Canada. You earn interest from the date of deposit, but funds are not available for withdrawal, transfer or bill payment for 10 business days. To avoid delays, any cheques depositted should be made out to the account holder, and NOT to MAXA Financial.

Mail - Use the Deposit/Transfer Form available online to send additional deposits to your MAXA Financial Account. You earn interest from the date of the deposit, but access to funds is not available for withdrawal, transfer or bill payment for 10 business days.

Direct Deposit - You may arrange for direct deposit of payroll or government cheques to your MAXA Financial Account. You earn interest from the date of deposit and access to funds is available immediately. Contact your payroll department to set up the Direct Deposit.

Electronic Funds Deposit - - To begin your automatic electronic deposit to your MAXA Financial Account, from any financial institution fill out our Electronic Funds Deposit Form. Funds deposited are available from the date of deposit and earn interest immediately.

MAXAbyPhone - You can also transfer funds from your MAXA Savings to your MAXA RRSP Savings Account to make a lump-sum RRSP contribution.

MAXA Online - MAXA's internet banking package, CU@HOME provides balances, account histories, transfers and more.

Withdrawing From Your Account
You can have instant access to your MAXA Financial Account through:

ATM - Using your MAXA Member Card, you can withdraw from your MAXA Financial Account through the AccuLink /INTERAC system in Canada and Cirrus/Plus system in the US and around the world.

INTERAC Direct Payment - You can pay direct with your MAXA Member Card across Canada.

Cheques - Where electronic services are not available, you have the convenience of cheque writing privileges on your account.

MAXAbyPhone - Call us at 1-204-571-MAXA (6292) or toll free at 1-866-366-MAXA (6292) to speak to a MAXA Financial Representative.

MAXA Online - MAXA's internet banking package CU@HOME,  provides balances, account histories, bill payment and more.

ATMs - Check your balances and more.

Paying Your Bills
Internet Banking - you should be able to start adding your bill payees right away.  If you require assistance please contact a MAXA representative.
